Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays everyone :3

I'm not dead yet. I'll be returning real soon with some new stuff.

I used what money I had saved to buy a brand new laptop. Now's the best time of the year to buy on of those things because there're great deals everywhere :3 I'm also planning to get internet access for it (satellite connection??? I'm still new to this whole wireless thing...)
I'm using my public library's internet to write this up. At least I have something to access the net by, but it still sucks I can't really download as freely as I use to -.-
The whole issue thing in my last journal subsided a little. I did manage to get that idiot father of mine blocked and I got a new number. I'm going to be extremely careful with who I share that number with. I did manage to find a temporary place to stay with a classmate of mine (but the first few days I had to get a hotel room because I couldn't get in contact with anyone to stay with right away).
It's a temporary stay. As soon as I can find a decent place, I'll be moving out.
I'm still working on art trades. I haven't forgotten. I'll upload them through my library's computers using a flash drive next time I get the chance.

I'm going to start putting heavier watermarks onto my artwork. I'm finding people taking my images, primarily the thumbnails because the current watermark I use is less conspicuous, and using them to their hearts content: editing them, posting them on other sites like photobucket, yatta yatta. Just because you link back to me doesn't give you a right to do what you want with my work.
From now on, if I see anyone on deviantart using my stuff without my permission (which I'll never give by the way, except for very close friends), I will promptly report you. If you're intelligent enough to sign up for a account here, go into a person's gallery, take an image from said gallery, and upload it into yours, you're intelligent enough to know that you're doing something wrong.

Had to get that out of my system -.-

Other than that, when winter break arrives, I shall be opening up art trade slots! I think 5-7 slots will be good. I'll post more on this these upcoming days :3
